Admissions Open for MBBS Session 2016-17

The Federal Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination have decided to hold uniform entry test through NTS for all the public and private medical colleges located in Islamabad which will be held on October 16, 2016 in all the major cities of Pakistan. Last date to submit the application to NTS for this test is September 26, 2016.
Candidates interested in getting admitted in HBS Medical & Dental College must appear in this test,without which a candidate shall not be eligible to apply in any medical college in Islamabad.
Interested candidates must download the application form, fill it up and courier it to NTS headquarters at the address: 1-E street 46, sector I-8/2, Islamabad.

Meanwhile, get the prospectus and application form for the session 2016-17  available in the college campus personally or via courier. Get the application filled and submit it in the college. Download your NTS result, write your application number you submitted in the college on the corner of NTS result and send it to HBS college and wait for your interview call from the college.

Admissions in HBS Medical & Dental College

The study program at HBS Medical & Dental College strictly adheres to the requirements laid out by SZABMU and PM&DC. Accordingly, a stringent admission criteria is followed that requires applicant to demonstrate excellent educational as well as extracurricular track record. We look for candidates that not only have a strong academic record in F.Sc. Pre Medical (or equivalent) but also show evidence of scholarly aptitude and leadership.

  • A total of 100 seats are available for admission for the current year. Up to a maximum of 15 seats are allocated for expatriate Pakistanis and foreign students.
  • Candidates can apply for admission in two categories: Local Students and Expatriate / Foreign Students.
  • Candidates who wish to apply in both categories must submit separate application for each category. Such candidates must meet the criteria for each category they are applying for.
  • In the best interest of the college, if deemed necessary, the admission committee can refuse admission to any candidate. The decision of the college in this regard shall be irrevocable and final and cannot be challenged at any forum.
